About the Role
Our multidisciplinary growing team is looking to welcome an Assistant Chemist with a background in hands-on chemical synthesis and process scale-up.
Requirements
Responsibilities include:
synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials,
preparation of nanosuspensions,
evaluation of electrochemical and physical properties of the formulations,
maintaining a comprehensive record of experimental procedures and results,
lab management and maintenance
Education:
Completed undergraduate or graduate degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
Skills:
· Hands-on experience with chemical synthesis, chemicals handling;
· Ability to safely handle large quantities of chemicals;
· Experience and understanding with nanomaterials characterization (XRD, SEM, electrochemistry, etc);
· Experience in data processing, plotting and interpretation and preparation of reports;
· Ability to follow established record keeping and safety procedures;
· Independent worker able to carry out assigned responsibilities;
· Ability to collaborate and achieve the goals for the company;
· Strong work ethics and problem solving skills.
